Tap the listen button and let QuranSnap hear the recitation. The app converts the audio to text and matches it against our complete Quran database to identify the exact verse, surah, and ayah number. اضغط على زر الاستماع ودع QuranSnap يسمع التلاوة. يحول التطبيق الصوت إلى نص ويطابقه مع قاعدة بيانات القرآن الكاملة للتعرف على الآية والسورة ورقم الآية بالضبط.
Why does the app need microphone access? لماذا يحتاج التطبيق إلى الوصول للميكروفون؟
The microphone is used only to listen to Quran recitations for identification. Audio is processed locally on your device and is never stored or sent to any server. Premium gives you unlimited verse identifications, full tafsir access, multiple translations, and the ability to save unlimited bookmarks. How do I cancel my subscription? كيف ألغي اشتراكي؟
On iPhone: Go to Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → QuranSnap → Cancel. On Android: Go to Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → QuranSnap → Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period. على الآيفون: اذهب إلى الإعدادات ← اسمك ← الاشتراكات ← QuranSnap ← إلغاء. على أندرويد: اذهب إلى متجر Play ← القائمة ← الاشتراكات ← QuranSnap ← إلغاء. ستحتفظ بالوصول حتى نهاية فترة الفوترة.

The core identification feature requires an internet connection for processing. App not recognizing the recitation التطبيق لا يتعرف على التلاوة
Make sure you're in a quiet environment with clear audio. Hold your phone closer to the audio source. The recitation should be clear Arabic Quran text - background music or heavy echo may affect recognition. تأكد من أنك في بيئة هادئة مع صوت واضح. أمسك هاتفك أقرب إلى مصدر الصوت. يجب أن تكون التلاوة نصاً قرآنياً عربياً واضحاً - الموسيقى الخلفية أو الصدى القوي قد يؤثر على التعرف.
Microphone permission denied تم رفض إذن الميكروفون
Go to your device Settings → QuranSnap → Enable Microphone. The app cannot identify verses without microphone access. اذهب إلى إعدادات جهازك ← QuranSnap ← تفعيل الميكروفون. لا يمكن للتطبيق التعرف على الآيات بدون الوصول للميكروفون.
Subscription not showing الاشتراك لا يظهر
Try restoring purchases from the settings menu. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the purchase. If the issue persists, contact us with your purchase receipt. حاول استعادة المشتريات من قائمة الإعدادات. تأكد من تسجيل الدخول بنفس حساب Apple ID أو Google المستخدم للشراء. إذا استمرت المشكلة، تواصل معنا مع إيصال الشراء.
